Ortholithi house is nieuwgebouwd rond 2010 als vakantiehuis van Nederlandse eigenaars. Het is gelegen op de dichtbegroeide hellingen van de baai van Agios Gordis , het is vrijstaand met veel privacy, door de beschutte ligging heerst een gunstig microklimaat met gelijkmatige temperaturen.
Het huis heeft een woonoppervlak van 125 m2 met een woonkamer met keuken( 35 m2), 3 slaapkamers(12,12,en 11 m2) en 2 badkamers. Er is een privé zwembad van 32 m2 en meerdere terrassen met tafels, stoelen en ligbedden, verder is er een carport en een schuurtje.
De toegangsweg is een steile betonweg, voor ervaren chauffeurs goed berijdbaar, beneden aan de oprit is parkeren is mogelijk, (zie ook youtube-video Corfu acces road)
De inrichting is compleet voor 6 personen met een goed ingerichte keuken met eetbar; gaskookplaat, combi-magnetron, koel/diepvrieskast, afwasmachine, koffiemachine(zowel Nespresso als filter). Alle kamers zijn voorzien van airconditioning, TV(streaming), dvd speler, bluetooth muziekinstallatie, Wifi is gratis beschikbaar, goed bereik voor mobiele telefoons.
De slaapkamers hebben uitzicht op zee en een balkon en zijn voorzien van plafondventilatoren. Beddengoed, badlakens en handdoekensets aanwezig.
2 badkamers met douche en wastafel, wasmachine aanwezig.
Warmwater- en stroomvoorziening vinden deels plaats dmv zonne-energie.
Er is een plaatselijke contactpersoon beschikbaar.

It is a detached house with lots of privacy, the site is sheltered with a mild microclimate.
The house has a total living space of 125 m2 with a living room/kitchen( 35 m2), 3 bedrooms(12,12, and11 m2) and 2 bathrooms. All rooms have verandas.
Next to the house lies a private pool of 32 m2, a large terrace with tables, chairs and sunbeds, furthermore a carport a shed.
The acces road is a steep concrete road, well drivable for experienced drivers with a well motorized car, parking on the main road near the entrance is also possible. (see youtube-video Corfu acces road)
The house is fully furnished for 6 persons with a well equipped kitchen with dining bar; gas hob, combi-magnetron, cooler/freezer, dish washer, coffeemachine. *. All rooms have airconditioning, TV(streaming), dvd player, bluetooth audio installation, Wifi (4G) is freely available.
The bedrooms have a veranda with seaview. Bedsheets, bad towels present.
2 bathrooms with showers, washing machine present.
Warm water and electricity are partially provided by solar energy.
